You may request deletion of specific Uploaded Documents at any time by contacting us at privacy@nvestanalytics.com. Deletion requests will be honored subject to any legal hold or outstanding obligations that require us to retain the records.

Uploaded Documents are never used to train AI models for any purpose outside of serving your account, and are never sold or shared with third parties.

6. Anonymized Data Pools and Derived Data

We may convert aggregated, non-identifying usage data into anonymized datasets to support platform analytics and improvements. Once anonymized, such information cannot be traced back to any individual or entity and is no longer considered Personal Information or Uploaded Documents under this policy.

We retain personal account data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this policy, including business operations, compliance, legal, and regulatory requirements. Data may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period beyond active deletion.
